1. Order item(s) and details cannot be changed once the order is paid. Please double confirm the purchase content before placing the order.
2. Whilst USAGI ONLINE tries to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and USAGI ONLINE is not able to guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery or upon collection. The weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damages (without limitation, we will decline any refund request) caused by or arising from any customer’s expectation on the information obtained from or through this Website. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content materials available through this Website, and the Website and its corresponding content materials are subject to change at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The revision will take effect when they are posted. The displayed pictures are for reference only. The real merchandise should be considered as final, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
3. No exchange or refund for used, damaged, cleaned, worn, defective, promotional and discounted/special/near expiry items.
4. A non-returnable item, once purchased, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. USAGI ONLINE’s non-returnable items include: gift, beauty items, face masks, Kids products, swimwear, lingerie, underwear, camisole, tube tops, yoga apparels, leggings, socks & hosiery, extra perforated belts and handbags, bedding, lifestyle and household goods, altered clothes and accessories, as well as products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated; and products not bought from USAGI ONLINE. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list, and may be subject to change at any time. If you have a non-returnable item that arrived defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team.
5. All the store credit on e-shop and cash coupons presented in the lottery, once customers paid, all store credit on e-shop, cash coupons and goods are non-refundable.
6.For the order entitled with Gifts with purchases, physical gifts will send together to the order mailing address. Offer is subject to stock availability and is limited while stock lasts. Physical gift has to return with the returned item(s) if the adjusted order cannot fulfill the original offer requirement. If the returned gifts are not in their original conditions when they are returned (hang tag cut, used and washed etc.), customer may require to pay for the gifts in accordance with the stated value.
7. For the free shipping order, if the order net amount cannot fulfill the free shipping condition after they are returned, customer may require to pay for the shipping fee in accordance with the stated value.
8. Return is not accepted for merchandise purchased in any other shops other than USAGI ONLINE online platform.
9. Customers who purchase products from USAGI ONLINE may return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt (restricted to Hong Kong region only), provided that the products and the packaging are in their original conditions when they are returned, with all accessories intact (hand tags must be uncut, and products must be unused and unwashed. The return labels shall be intact) and that with your valid payment record. No returns will be allowed if the labels or hand tags are removed, damaged or lost. No returns will be allowed after 7 days from your receipt date of the products. USAGI ONLINE shall have the final and absolute discretion as to whether the Goodwill Return Policy applies.
10. All beauty products must be returned with full original packaging, under unused and clean condition. If you wish to apply return beauty items due to allergic reactions, please provide a diagnosis report issued by a dermatologist. The date of issue of the report must be within one month from the date of receipt. The report should clearly states that the allergic reaction is caused by beauty products.
11. No exchange is allowed. Customer can apply return and refund in 7 days from the receipt date of the products and place new order instead.
12. Gift wrapping and greeting card service is not available for all products while a gift box can be purchased at HK$15 each for customer gift wrapping ownself. USAGI ONLINE is only supplying gift boxes and does not include packaging services.
13. You receive a product flawed or with any quality defects. Such product may be exchanged only in accordance with the return procedure for defective products and will be subject to additional limitations; Refund will be treated if no available normal product to be exchanged.
14. All online orders will be stored for free for 10 days at physical shops from the time the customer receives the "arrived" notification. After 10 days, each order will be charged $10 per day.
15. Loss of this receipt will not be reissued.
16. Different terms and conditions as well as return policy between usage-online.com.hk and USAGI ONLINE STORE physical store, after sales and order handling will be in accordance with the policies belonged to the platform/channel that customers who bought from.
17. All matters or disputes are subject to the final decision of USAGI ONLINE.
Delivery &Shipping Fee
1. Delivery uncovers the Mainland China area, Taiwan area , Japan, Singapore and the United States.
2. Free shipping upon patronage over net amount of $1800 (store credits are not applied) for Hong Kong by the designated SF courier. Any import and export tariffs incurred should be borne by the recipient from the order request of other countries/regions, and the related freight cost will be counted as “Freight on delivery” to be paid by recipient, if "Freight on delivery" is not able in the countries/regions, customers needs to pay the relevant freight in advance.
3. Merchandises should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days* from Hong Kong warehouse for Hong Kong & Macau and 5 to 10 working days* for Singapore and other regions.
4. When you receive your products, please carefully check if the packages containing the ordered products are properly packed; whether they are sealed with our official sealing tape; the type/quantity/specification of the products, the delivery list, the invoice (if any), etc. When they are in order, please sign on the delivery note. During the inspection process, if you find that the package is damaged or any shortage or mistake on the products, or that a quality problem on the products, please immediately inform the courier company of the problem (in case of standard delivery service) or our staff at your selected pick up store (in case of in-store pick up service) and decline the receipt of the whole parcel, and please also contact our customer service team.
*Note: The delivery time mentioned above is only for reference purposes. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the courier company. In case of public holidays, the actual delivery time will be posted on the Website. In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Please make sure the item(s) meets the requirements of terms & condition. For our Return Policy (that must be made within 7 days from your receipt of the products), the delivery costs of the return shall be borne by the customer. After informing our customer service team, customer will get an authorized return code to fill in the blank on the goods return registration form. Then customer should contact SF courier company to arrange the return of the products within 7 days from your receipt date of the same. You are requested to settle the delivery costs first. No return parcel marked “Freight on delivery” will be accepted.
2. For the return request caused by quality problems, the delivery costs shall be borne by USAGI ONLINE. After informing our customer service team on the quality problems, you should contact the courier company to arrange the return of the products within 7 days from your receipt date of the same. Please mark return with “Freight on delivery”.
3. in any cases of return, customer should contact our customer service team and get an authorized return code to fill in the blank on the goods return registration form. Please return this return form together with return goods in the parcel.
4. Both return and refund are not available in any offline physical stores.
Please properly package the return product, any products damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Please fill in the return registration form (return code will be provided by customer service), and deliver your merchandise along with the form to the following address within 7 days after the seller agrees to return. Please also inform the seller your delivery tracking number.
Refund
Upon receipt of your returned products, the selected store shall perform a standard product inspection. We shall process your return request should the product be in a satisfactory condition and that you have fully complied with the Terms and Conditions.
・All refunds accepted by the company will be refunded in 5-10 working days to the same member's account of the transaction in form of shop credit, which last for the usage of one year (365 days).
・HKD$1 refund amount is redeemable for $ 1 shopping credit.
・ Upon the refund is accepted, discount and shop credits will be revised based on the promotion campaign at the point of transaction, the amount difference after recalculation will be deducted from the refunded shopping credits.
・The freight charge of the transaction will not be refunded.
・ If the total payment amount of the order does not meet the requirements of free shipping after the return, the freight will be deducted from the refunded shopping credits.
・If your merchandise has not been delivered yet (depends on the delivery status of the order), refund of shopping credits will be progressed after we
have received your request.
・If your merchandise has already delivered, please return your merchandise to our warehouse by following the instruction above, the company will process your refund of shopping credits.
・Any extra cost of mailing will be deducted from the refunded shopping credits if the customer refused the parcel, refund will be progressed after the
company has received customer's confirmation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Revision of the Terms and Conditions
USAGI ONLINE reserves at our absolute discretion the right to amend and update the Terms and Conditions at any time. We shall post such updated or amended version at USAGI ONLINE as notification. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with the Agreement, you should not use the Website. Please note that your use of the Website will be deemed to mean that you have read through and agreed to accept whatever Terms and Conditions prevail at the time of such usage of the Website, as implying that you agree to comply with and to be bounded by the Agreement without any reservations, modifications, additions or deletion. Unless otherwise specified, all the updated or amended parts shall form part of the Agreement.
Usage Guidelines
You agree:
(1) to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information for subscription, registration and / or delivery purpose, and update us from time to time in case of any change;
(2) if it is found that your information provided, or USAGI ONLINE reasonably believes that your information provided, is not accurate, complete or updated, then USAGI ONLINE may withhold, restrict, suspend, cancel or terminate your membership account, and / or prohibit from rendering our services to you, without any liability on our part.
3. You shall not cause any act to:
(1) post materials or send emails (whether in the format of reviews, software, images, videos and photos, etc) containing contents which are illegal, profanity, blasphemy, spiteful, racist, sexually explicit, sexually gratuitous; or which are discriminatory comments; or which might be considered to be harassment, abuse or threats against the personal safety or property of others; or which may have criminal accusations; or which may express agitations or discriminations against any persons of any color, race, gender, religion, political belief and nationality;
(2) use this Website to have political or religious propaganda;
(3) post spam, advertisement or junk emails;
(4) post any materials which impersonate others or personal information about anyone, that to misrepresent the public that such is posted or forwarded by us;
(5) post anything which is or may be harmful to teenagers in whatever manner;
(6) use this Website in a way that may infringe the rights of USAGI ONLINE or anyone else or that may restrict or inhibit anyone else’s enjoyment of this Website, nor do any act that may result in any civil action caused by such infringement via your posting of any materials or sending of any emails;
(7) result in any criminal prosecution, civil prosecution, or breach of local law or the laws of any foreign country.
Payment and Purchase Price
1. Customers should settle purchase price of the products and the related delivery costs (in case of choosing our standard delivery service) in the purchase check-out. USAGI ONLINE is not liable for any delay in the delivery or non-delivery caused by your failure to pay us.
2. All purchase price shown herein is inclusive of value-added taxes or sale taxes, but exclusive of any delivery cots (which shall be paid by you on top of the purchase price, in case of choosing our standard delivery service). USAGI ONLINE shall use its best endeavours that the price shown is accurate and updated. However, if the price shown is wrong or not the most updated one:
(1) then if the correct price is lower than the shown price, then the lower price shall prevail (and the paid exceeding sum shall be refundable in form of store credit to you); or
(2) if the correct price is higher than the shown price, then the price differences has to be paid by customer to complete the order)
3. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, even after sending you of our ordering acceptance email, if there is a manifest error in the purchase price, or such error is so obvious that you should be able to easily distinguish, then USAGI ONLINE shall have no obligation to sell the products at such wrong (or mistaken) purchase price.
4. To the maximum extent that the laws permits, USAGI ONLINE reserves its right to amend or vary the purchase price, any other charges, product descriptions, availability of the products and other Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time provided that such amendment or variation shall not affect those orders that have been accepted by us via email confirmation.
5. From time to time, we may offer you free gift(s) upon your certain spending or accumulated spendings at USAGI ONLINE. Your payment price is inclusive of the free gift so offered. Please refer to our promotion from time to time offered at USAGI ONLINE. Our offers of the gift(s) shall only be dispatched after 7 days from the date of your purchase, provided that you do not request us to refund or return your purchased products (whether wholly or partially) to us.

USAGI ONLINE has the utmost respect for the intellectual property rights and our affords (whether by our team or our business partners) on the operation and brand management at this Website should also be respected too. Each and every component at this Website (like brands, pricing, images, texts, photos, videos etc) are protected by intellectual property rights. USAGI ONLINE or its respective licensors own and hold all the copyrights, trademark, and other intellectual property rights on the materials, images, descriptions, computer code and any other submissions contained herein. The contents of this Website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting and marketing our business, products and services hereof.
