1.Pre-Order Process
•The total price must be paid when pre-ordering.
•All payments are non-refundable once paid (unless the store is unable tofulfill the order).
•Since the product is a pre-order style, the size and color details may beslightly adjusted due to final production, as described below.
2.Instructions on fine-tuning size and color details
•Please refer to the size information provided on the product page.
•The data in the size chart is manually measured and there may be a 1-2cm error.Please understand.
•The following may affect the color and details of the pre-ordered product. Bypre-ordering, customers accept the following possibilities:
(1).Supplier material differences: Due to differences in fabric supplier batches,the color and details may be slightly different from the display samples andpictures, but the store will ensure that they are consistent with the originaldesign style.
(2).Production process adjustments: During the final production process, the colorand details may have slight changes due to dyeing or processing technology,which is normal.
(3)Ambient light source: The colors of the display samples and pictures may beslightly different from the actual product due to differences in on-site orshooting lighting or screen display. The actual color is subject to the finalarrival.
(4)Design optimization and adjustment: In order to improve the overall designeffect, our store may fine-tune the colors and details before production toensure that it is more in line with the autumn and winter fashion trends.
3.Delivery arrangements
•The estimated delivery time is from November 2025. The actual arrival time mayvary due to production or logistics factors.
•After arrival, customers will receive a WhatsApp message from our store tonotify the delivery details.
•After the order is completed, 3% of the checkout price will be given as onlinestore credit to the account, which is valid for 90 days.
4.Return and Exchange Policy
•Pre-ordered products are specially customized and are not accepted for returnor exchange, except for serious defects.
• Ifthe product is defective upon arrival, please contact our store within 7 daysafter receiving it and provide photo proof. Our store will arrange forinspection and processing.
5.Cancellation or Change of Order
•Once a pre-order is confirmed, changes to style, size, or quantity are notpermitted.
• Ifwe are unable to fulfill an order (e.g., due to stock-outs or productionissues), a full refund will be issued.
6.Other Terms
•USAGI ONLINE reserves the right of final interpretation and modification ofthese terms.
