1. Order item(s) and details cannot be changed once the order is paid. Please double-check the purchase content before placing the order. If you request cancellation, a $100 administrative fee will be charged.
2. Whilst USAGI ONLINE tries to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and USAGI ONLINE is not able to guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery or upon collection. The weights, dimensions, and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damages (without limitation, we will decline any refund request) caused by or arising from any customer’s expectation of the information obtained from or through this Website. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content materials available through this Website, and the Website and its corresponding content materials are subject to change at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The revisions will take effect when they are posted. The displayed pictures are for reference only. The real merchandise should be considered as final, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
3. No exchange or refund for used, damaged, cleaned, worn, defective, Happy Box, promotional, and discounted/special/near-expiry items.
4. A non-returnable item, once purchased, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. USAGI ONLINE’s non-returnable items include: gifts, beauty items with opened packages, face masks, Kids products, swimwear, lingerie, underwear, camisoles, tube tops, yoga apparel, leggings, socks & hosiery, extra perforated belts and handbags, bedding, lifestyle, and household goods, altered clothes and accessories, as well as products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated; and products not bought from USAGI ONLINE. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list, and may be subject to change at any time. If you have a non-returnable item that arrived defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team.
5. All the store credit on e-shop and cash coupons presented in the lottery, once customers paid, all store credit on e-shop, cash coupons, and goods are non-refundable.
6. For the order entitled Gifts with Purchases, physical gifts will be sent together to the order mailing address. Offer is subject to stock availability and is limited while stock lasts. The physical gift has to be returned with the returned item(s) if the adjusted order cannot fulfill the original offer requirement. If the returned gifts are not in their original condition when they are returned (hang tag cut, used and washed, etc.), the customer may be required to pay for the gifts by the stated value.
7. For the free shipping order, if the order net amount cannot fulfill the free shipping condition after they are returned, customer may be required to pay for the shipping fee by the stated value.
8. Return is not accepted for merchandise purchased in any other shops other than USAGI ONLINE online platform.
9. Customers who purchase products from USAGI ONLINE may return or exchange the products within 7 days from the date of receipt (restricted to Hong Kong region only), provided that the products and the packaging are in their original conditions when they are returned, with all accessories intact (hand tags must be uncut, and products must be unused and unwashed. The return labels shall be intact) and that with your valid payment record. No returns and exchanges will be allowed if the labels or hand tags are removed, damaged, or lost. No returns will be allowed after 7 days from your receipt date of the products. USAGI ONLINE shall have the final and absolute discretion as to whether the Goodwill Return Policy applies.
10. All beauty products must be returned with full original packaging, under unused and clean condition. If you wish to apply to return beauty items due to allergic reactions, please provide a diagnosis report issued by a dermatologist. The date of issue of the report must be within one month from the date of receipt. The report should clearly state that the allergic reaction is caused by beauty products.
11. If the quantity of returns exceeds two-thirds of the total order, it will be considered a malicious return, and a 30% administrative fee will be charged on the return amount.
12. Gift wrapping and greeting card service is unavailable for all products.
13. You receive a product that is flawed or with any quality defects. Such products may be exchanged only by the return procedure for defective products and will be subject to additional limitations; a Refund will be treated if no available normal product is to be exchanged.
14. All online orders will be stored for free for 7 days at physical shops from the time the customer receives the "arrived" notification. After 7 days, each order will be charged $10 storage fee per day. If the orders are not picked up after 15 days, the order will be deemed to be canceled, and the relevant funds(after deducting storage fee and administrative fee of $100) will be refunded to the account in the form of online store shopping credits.
15. Loss of this receipt will not be reissued.
16. Different terms and conditions as well as return policies between usage-online.com.hk and USAGI ONLINE STORE physical store, after-sales and order handling will be by the policies belonging to the platform/channel that customers who bought from.
17. All matters or disputes are subject to the final decision of USAGI ONLINE.
Delivery &Shipping Fee
1. Delivery uncovers the Mainland China area, Taiwan area , Japan, Singapore, and the United States.
2. Free shipping upon patronage over a net amount of $1800 (store credits are not applied) for Hong Kong by the designated SF courier. For other countries and regions, customers are required to pay the relevant shipping costs in advance, and any import/export duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. The shipping fee will be charged at checkout if the order is not purchased over the net amount of $1800. The shipping fee charged:
Hong Kong: $40
Macau: $75
Overseas shipping (excluding Hong Kong and Macau): Please contact CS service for the shipping fee, otherwise the order will be canceled.
4. Merchandise should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days* from the Hong Kong warehouse for Hong Kong & Macau and 5 to 10 working days* for Singapore and other regions.
5. When you receive your products, please carefully check if the packages containing the ordered products are properly packed; whether they are sealed with our official sealing tape; the type/quantity/specification of the products, the delivery list, the invoice (if any), etc. When they are in order, please sign on the delivery note. During the inspection process, if you find that the package is damaged, or any shortage or mistake on the products, or that a quality problem with the products, please immediately inform the courier company of the problem (in case of standard delivery service) or our staff at your selected pick up store (in case of in-store pick-up service) and decline the receipt of the whole parcel, and please also contact our customer service team.
*Note: The delivery time mentioned above is only for reference purposes. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the courier company. In case of public holidays, the actual delivery time will be posted on the Website. In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Please make sure the item(s) meets the requirements of the above terms & conditions. For our Return Policy (that must be made within 7 days from your receipt of the products), the delivery cost of the return shall be borne by the customer. After informing our customer service team, the customer will get an authorized return code to fill in the blank on the goods return registration form. The customer should contact the SF courier company to arrange the return of the products or return to the designated retail store in person within 7 days from the receipt date of the products. No return parcel marked “Freight on delivery” will be accepted.
2. Please submit the return request to the customer service department within 7 days from the receipt date of the order at the self-pick-up store or S.F EXPRESS (based on the time of receipt by the S.F EXPRESS system), otherwise it will not be processed.
3. For the return request caused by quality problems, the delivery cost shall be borne by USAGI ONLINE. After informing our customer service team of the quality problems, you can either contact the courier company to arrange the return of the products or return products to a designated retail store in person within 7 days from your receipt date of the order. Please mark the return with “Freight on delivery” in case of a defective problem.
4. In any case of return, customer should contact our customer service team and get an authorized return code to fill in the blank on the goods return registration form. Please return this return form together with the returned goods in the parcel.
5. Both return and refund are available in selected offline physical stores only.
Please properly package the returned product, any products damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Please fill in the return registration form (return code will be provided by customer service), and deliver your merchandise along with the form to the following address within 7 days after the seller agrees to return. Please also inform the seller of your delivery tracking number.

Refund
・Customers should clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order at USAGI ONLINE. If customers order products/services through USAGI ONLINE HK, it means that customers accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of purchase.
・If the total payment of the order does not meet the free shipping required minimum amount after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund amount and procedure will be arranged only after confirmation from the customer.
・Any returns must be filled with the return authorization number on the returns form and returned physically together with the package via courier or to the designated retail store in person.
・After return, the discount on the original order will be recalculated according to the activity requirements at the time of the transaction, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
・After return, the gifted store credit on the original order will be recalculated according to the requirements at the time of the transaction, and the deviation on gifted store credit will be deducted.
・After return, the cash rebate and/or gift with purchase on the original order will be recalculated according to the activity requirements at the time of the transaction. If the recalculation fails to meet the gift requirements, the customer may need to return the gift together with the return altogether. The ultimate refund amount and procedure will be arranged after confirmation by the customer.
・If the item is a discounted item, there is no refund or exchange applied.
・If the orders have not been shipped (calculated based on the current order status), the refund procedure will be arranged after receiving the customer's request for a refund.
・If the orders have already been shipped, then customers must follow the above return procedures before the refund procedure is arranged.
・If the orders are rejected by the recipient any additional shipping costs, etc., will be deducted from the refund amount, and the refund procedure will be arranged only after confirmation by the customer.
・The refund will only be arranged after the collection of the return and product checking properly. USAGI ONLINE HK will refund to the same payment account of the customer who used to pay the original order.
・Refund is executed by USAGI ONLINE HK in 5 to 10 working days. In the case of peak seasons, such as seasonal promotions, the execution time may be prolonged.
・The transaction amount of the refund will be debited to the customer's account within 7 to 14 working days.
・Refunds do not include original shipping costs, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and SF Express shipping fees for returns. Unless the goods are sent incorrectly or defective otherwise, all shipping fees, customs duties and customs clearance fees caused by returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

Revision of the Terms and Conditions
USAGI ONLINE reserves at our absolute discretion the right to amend and update the Terms and Conditions at any time. We shall post such updated or amended versions at USAGI ONLINE as a notification. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with the Agreement, you should not use the Website. Please note that your use of the Website will be deemed to mean that you have read through and agreed to accept whatever Terms and Conditions prevail at the time of such usage of the Website, as implying that you agree to comply with and to be bound by the Agreement without any reservations, modifications, additions or deletion. Unless otherwise specified, all the updated or amended parts shall form part of the Agreement.
Usage Guidelines
You agree:
(1) to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information for subscription, registration, and/or delivery purposes, and update us from time to time in case of any change;
(2) if it is found that your information provided, or USAGI ONLINE reasonably believes that your information provided, is not accurate, complete,e or updated, then USAGI ONLINE may withhold, restrict, suspend, cancel, or terminate your membership account, and/or prohibit from rendering our services to you, without any liability on our part.
3. You shall not cause any act to:
(1) post materials or send emails (whether in the format of reviews, software, images, videos and photos, etc) containing illegal contents, profanity, blasphemy, spiteful, racist, sexually explicit, sexually gratuitous; or which are discriminatory comments; or which might be considered to be harassment, abuse or threats against the personal safety or property of others; or which may have criminal accusations; or which may express agitations or discriminations against any persons of any color, race, gender, religion, political belief and nationality;
(2) use this Website to have political or religious propaganda;
(3) post spam, advertisement, or junk emails;
(4) post any materials which impersonate others or personal information about anyone, that to misrepresent the public that such is posted or forwarded by us;
(5) post anything that is or may be harmful to teenagers in whatever manner;
(6) use this Website in a way that may infringe the rights of USAGI ONLINE or anyone else or that may restrict or inhibit anyone else’s enjoyment of this Website, nor do any act that may result in any civil action caused by such infringement via your posting of any materials or sending of any emails;
(7) result in any criminal prosecution, civil prosecution, or breach of local law or the laws of any foreign country.
Payment and Purchase Price
1. Customers should settle the purchase price of the products and the related delivery costs (in case of choosing our standard delivery service) at the purchase check-out. USAGI ONLINE is not liable for any delay in the delivery or non-delivery caused by your failure to pay us.
2. All purchase prices shown herein are inclusive of value-added taxes or sale taxes, but exclusive of any delivery costs (which shall be paid by you on top of the purchase price, in case of choosing our standard delivery service). USAGI ONLINE shall use its best endeavours that the price shown is accurate and updated. However, if the price shown is wrong or not the most updated one:
(1) then if the correct price is lower than the shown price, then the lower price shall prevail (and the paid exceeding sum shall be refundable in the form of store credit to you); or
(2) if the correct price is higher than the shown price, then the price difference has to be paid by the customer to complete the order)
3. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, even after sending you our ordering acceptance email, if there is a manifest error in the purchase price, or such error is so obvious that you should be able to easily distinguish it, then USAGI ONLINE shall have no obligation to sell the products at such wrong (or mistaken) purchase price.
4. To the maximum extent that the laws permit, USAGI ONLINE reserves its right to amend or vary the purchase price, any other charges, product descriptions, availability of the products, and other Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time provided that such amendment or variation shall not affect those orders that have been accepted by us via email confirmation.
5. From time to time, we may offer you gift(s) upon your certain spending or accumulated spending at USAGI ONLINE. Your payment price is inclusive of the gift so offered. Please refer to our promotion from time to time offered at USAGI ONLINE. Our offers of the gift(s) shall only be dispatched after 7 days from the date of your purchase, provided that you do not request us to refund or return your purchased products (whether wholly or partially) to us.
