Usage:

SOAK: Dissolve the mint coffee bath salt in warm water and soak your hands/feet in the water for 3-5 minutes.

SCRUB: Take the desired amount of scrub, apply to hands, arms, feet, and calves. Gently massage for 5-8 minutes, rinse with water.

LOTlON: Apply the hand and foot lotion to hands, arms, feet and calves. Massage until well absorbed.
